NASC Stock Detail Page
NASC ID: N99338
Name: TFB-SCHP-4-10
ABRC stock number: CS99338
Description: This subpool (CS99338) consists of 90 independent transformants expressing artificial microRNAs (amiRNAs) designed to target homologous, possibly functionally redundant genes in forward genetic screens; represents a subpool of TFB amiRNA pool N99430. Note that the larger pool N99430 is recommended for forward genetic screening of many lines. Generated by transforming Col-0 plants with a combination of 20bp and 21bp amiRNA libraries (CD4-62 and CD4-72, respectively) in p35S::amiRNA3 OCS (pPHANTOM vector) targeting transcripts encoding transcription factors and other RNA and DNA binding proteins (TFB); includes protein families in TransfacDB; protein family member functional classes: DNA or RNA binding (GO:0003677; GO:0003723) and transcription factor activity (GO:0003700). Basta resistant.
